Expert Session - Can Process Make You Happy? – or making your organization work for you

Subject: Can Process Make You Happy?– or making your organization work for you

Abstract: This will be a presentation and debate, bringing together a number of ideas on how work practices improvement can be used to support people in their efforts to get better and how to make real improvements that are successful, sustainable and lasting. The (short) presentation will be completed in real time through discussions, questions and challenges from the audience. The objective of the evening is to take away something useful that can really be implemented and not a theoretical approach. Participants are encouraged to come with open minds and real problems.
